From the hierarchy of Fellows, the best performing are selected for a special ‘apprenticeship’ with the Prize Winner. This would last throughout his/her period of recognition. It is expected that the Prize Winner replicates the leadership skills and excellence in the Proteges within that period.
By this, we are grooming and raising a replacement generation with the right values, character and mindset.
