Prize Presentation Ceremony

A call for Nominations was made, followed by inauguration of an Assessment and Recommendation Panel. The Panel’s recommendation of Prof Suleiman Bogoro, the Executive Secretary of TETFUND as the first NPL Prize Winner, was approved by the Board. The Prize Winner is expected to train a highly select group of young NIgerians as leadership protégés.

The Prize is envisaged to be the highest and most credible single leadership Prize in Nigeria, targeting Nigerians of all ages who have shown remarkable and sustainable prowess, success, creativity and exemplary leadership skills in their endeavours through compelling personal, corporate, ethical and social values.

NPL Leadership Barometers

After a rigorous process, the Team produced the NPL Leadership Barometers, made up of over 30 attributes. The barometers are:
