DONATION POLICY

All donations to the Nigerian Prize for Leadership program will be used to support the program’s objectives, which include:

Recognizing and celebrating outstanding Nigerian leaders
Promoting Excellence in leadership in Nigeria
Inspiring others to emulate the examples of the awardees and to contribute to the development of Nigeria
Donations to the program are tax-deductible in the United States.

RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE DONOR

No donation to the program is intended as a quid pro quo for any specific favour or outcome.
The donor does not have any rights to the use of any of the materials used in connection with the program, including images, videos, imagery, trade names, and texts.
The donor may not request a refund of any donation.
The donor must be at least 16 years of age to make a donation.
The donor must provide accurate and complete information on the donation form.
RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF NPL

NPL will use all donations to support the program’s objectives.
NPL will not share donor information with any third parties.
NPL will resolve any disputes with donors in accordance with the laws of Nigeria.
