Prof Vincent Chinedu Anigbogu, a distinguished scholar, administrator, technocrat and leadership transformation advocate, is the Chairman of NPL’s Programmes Development Committee. He is the Director General, Institute for National Transformation (INT) with centers in Atlanta (USA), Nairobi (Kenya), Kampala (Uganda) and Lagos, Nigeria. He is also the President of JCQ Management group in the United States, Nigeria and Uganda.
He holds a Ph. D in Analytical Chemistry from the University of Alabama. He also acquired his M.Sc in Analytical Chemistry and B.S. in Chemistry from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania, Indiana, PA, respectively.
He taught extensively, conducted researches and published in the field of Analytical Chemistry for 20 years at several universities. His current focus is on developing a passion for quality and integrity in leadership development, which led to his establishing of the Institute for National Transformation. Since its inception, the INT has raised about 3,000 ‘oak seeds’ across the continent, who are being groomed to drive the process of a paradigm shift in leadership in Africa.
He has an unquenchable passion for a new Africa and nurses the dream of seeing the development of purposeful leaders who will impact their generation and Africa.
