Having emerged as Leadership Ambassadors, the Ambassadors are invited to participate in the next level called the NPL Fellowship Programme. This course runs throughout the year however, broken into quarterly Modules which include Lectures, interactive sessions, exams.
Within the period, each participating Ambassador is expected to have an internship experience with an organization of interest, for which reports are shared at the end of the internship.
In the last quarter, each participant would present a personal project intended for the future or in process, to a select panel.
Based on performance, Ambassadors who meet the NPL criteria would be conferred as Fellows of the NPL, ‘fnpl’ at the next NPL DAY (December 12th). This conferment follows an order of hierarchy.
